Colectivo LASTESIS<\/strong> es un colectivo art\u00edstico, interdisciplinario y feminista de Valpara\u00edso, Chile, fundado por Daffne Vald\u00e9s Vargas, Paula Cometa Stange, Lea C\u00e1ceres D\u00edaz y Sibila Sotomayor Van Rysseghem. El colectivo se dedica a difundir tesis y demandas feministas a trav\u00e9s de la performance y la videoperformance, combinando artes esc\u00e9nicas, sonoras, gr\u00e1ficas y textiles, con la historia, la filosof\u00eda y las ciencias sociales. Sus performances incluyen: Patriarcado y Capital es alianza criminal <\/em>(2018); el violador eres tu\u0301 <\/em>(2020); RESISTENCIA o la reivindicaci\u00f3n de un derecho colectivo <\/em>(2021) y la intervenci\u00f3n callejera un violador en tu camino, <\/em>replicada en m\u00e1s de 50 pa\u00edses. A su trabajo esc\u00e9nico se suman diversas publicaciones, tales como: Antolog\u00eda Feminista<\/em> (Debate, 2021); Quemar el miedo<\/em> (Planeta, 2021), traducido al alem\u00e1n (S. Fisher, 2021), al italiano (Capovolte, 2022) y al ingl\u00e9s (Verso, 2022); y “About wild capitalism & its patriarchal performance in our lives” (En Why Theatre? Golden Book<\/em>, NTGent, 2020), entre otras.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, han difundido su trabajo art\u00edstico y activista a trav\u00e9s de una centena de instancias de conversaci\u00f3n y m\u00faltiples talleres colaborativos; han participado en diversos festivales, museos, universidades, ferias, congresos y encuentros feministas en Chile, Argentina, Estados Unidos, Suecia, Alemania, Portugal, Suiza, Francia, Espa\u00f1a y B\u00e9lgica de manera presencial, y virtualmente se suman una veintena de pa\u00edses. Tambi\u00e9n han recibido m\u00faltiples reconocimientos entre los que destacan el Premio Jaime Castillo Velasco de la Comisi\u00f3n Chilena de Derechos Humanos (2020), el Premio a dise\u00f1o del a\u00f1o en categor\u00eda digital de The Design Museum, Reino Unido (2020), y el reconocimiento por la revista TIME en The 2020 TIME100: <\/em>TIME‘s List of the World’s Most Influential People.<\/em><\/p>\n

Colectivo LASTESIS<\/strong> is an interdisciplinary feminist art collective from Valpara\u00edso, Chile, founded by Daffne Vald\u00e9s Vargas, Paula Cometa Stange, Lea C\u00e1ceres D\u00edaz, and Sibila Sotomayor Van Rysseghem. The collective\u2019s mission is to disseminate feminist ideas and demands through live performance and video performance, combining embodied action, sound, graphic, and textile art with history, philosophy, and social sciences. Performances include Patriarcado y capital es alianza criminal <\/em>(Patriarchy and Capital is a Criminal Alliance, 2018); el violador eres tu\u0301 <\/em>(the rapist is you, 2020); RESISTENCIA o la reivindicaci\u00f3n de un derecho colectivo <\/em>(RESISTANCE or the Demand of a Collective Right, 2021); and the street intervention un violador en tu camino <\/em>(a rapist in your path), <\/em>which has been restaged in over 50 countries. In addition to their performance work, the members have a number of publications, including Antolog\u00eda Feminista<\/em> (Debate, 2021); Quemar el miedo<\/em> (Burn Fear, Planeta, 2021), which was translated into German (S. Fisher, 2021), Italian (Capovolte, 2022), and English (Verso, 2022); and \u201cAbout wild capitalism & its patriarchal performance in our lives” (in Why Theatre? Golden Book<\/em>, NTGent, 2020).<\/p>\n

LASTESIS has also shared their artistic and activist work in 100 public conversations and in many collaborative workshops. The group has participated in festivals, fairs, conferences, and feminist gatherings, at museums and universities in Chile, Argentina, the US, Sweden, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, France, Spain, and Belgium, as well as in 20 additional countries through a virtual format. The group has received numerous acknowledgments, among which are the Jaime Castillo Velasco Prize from the Chilean Commission of Human Rights (2020), Design of the Year in the digital category from the Design Museum in the UK (2020), and inclusion in TIME <\/em>magazine\u2019s The 2020 TIME100: <\/em>TIME‘s List of the World’s Most Influential People.<\/em><\/p>\n
