He was a Pina Bausch Foundation\u00a0 fellow for dance and choreography in 2016 where he worked with Italian choreographer Francesco Scavetta of WEE Dance Company, based in Sweden and Norway. Jared was also a Cape Town University Fellow for the Institute for Creative Arts in 2020. For his Institute of Creative Arts Fellowship with the University of Cape Town, he presented the project <em>Jua Kali Pedestrian<\/em> as a digital performance for the University\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>Jared is passionate about environmental issues and has been working in community-led projects tree planting and river rejuvenation.
