Individually,\u00a0 in recent times, he has exhibited and performed in the Houston Climate Justice Museum and Cultural Center, and the Blaffer Art Museum (Houston, Tx.). In October 2024, his solo show <i>Lo nuestro era un puro mirar ese objeto dorado <\/i>will open at the Museo de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo y de las Culturas de Oaxaca. He has been an artist in residence at the Center for Imagination in the Borderlands (Arizona State University) and the Core Program at the Museum of Fine Arts of Houston, among others. His work has been discussed in <i>The Tyranny of Common Sense<\/i> by Irmgard Emmelhainz, published by SUNY Press in 2021. In 2021, he developed <i>Afilada Radio<\/i>\u00a0and co-curated <i>No hay lengua humana que<\/i>\u2014a series of radio pieces for independent radio projects in Mexico. His first book, <i>Te prepar\u00e9 humo<\/i>, was published in 2019 by UNAM (Mexico). He co-founded the publishing project <i>Sur+<\/i>, <i>Yagular<\/i>\u00a0magazine, and <i>edicionespatito.org<\/i>.
