He is the author of\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Skins of Columbus: A Dream Ethnography\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Fence Books, 2019);\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signs of the Americas: A Poetics of Pictography, Hieroglyphs, and Khipu<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(University of Chicago Press, 2020);\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infinite Regress\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(collaborative work with Eamon Ore-Giron, Bom Dia Books, 2021); and\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emergency: Reading the Popol Vuh in a Time of Crisis\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(University of Chicago Press, 2022). He is presently finishing a collection of adaptations and translations of mid-sixteenth century Nahuatl language songs,\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cantares<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">; and a book about the baroque titled\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caravaggio\u2019s Americas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
